Is the website really free to build?
Yes. There are no development charges. You pay only the yearly maintenance plan of ₹5,000 + GST, which starts one month after your website goes live.
How much does it cost after the first month?
The yearly maintenance plan is ₹5,000 + GST per year. It covers hosting, SSL, updates, backups, security, and minor content edits.
Why is there a yearly fee if the build is free?
A website needs hosting, security, updates, and backups all year. The yearly plan covers these ongoing costs, and it is what allows us to build your website at no development charge.
When do I pay?
Your yearly plan begins one month after launch, and your first invoice is raised at that point.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI and bank transfer. Credit cards are accepted too, with an additional processing fee.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. Your yearly plan is ₹5,000 + GST. The extras are domain registration, business email plans, and additional pages. Credit card payments carry a small processing fee.
What exactly costs extra?
Domain registration, business email plans from your email provider, and pages beyond your core business pages. Additional pages start from ₹500 per page, plus GST.
Is GST included in the price?
No. The yearly plan is ₹5,000 plus GST.

What do I get with my website?
A professionally designed website with Home, About, Services or Products, and Contact pages, set up with your logo and branding. It includes mobile friendly layouts, WhatsApp and contact forms, SEO setup, licensed stock images, and security features.
Which pages are included?
Home, About, Services or Products, and Contact. If you need more, additional pages start from ₹500 per page, plus GST.
Can I choose my design?
You choose from designs made for your industry. We set it up with your logo, colours, and content.
Will my website work on mobile phones?
Yes. Every website is built to look and work well on phones, tablets, and desktops.
Do you write the content and provide images?
We offer AI assisted content suggestions and licensed stock images. For the best result, we recommend sharing your own business details and photos.
Will my website rank on Google?
We set up on page SEO, an XML sitemap, and Google indexing so search engines can find your site. This gives your website a strong starting point for visibility on Google. However, achieving and improving rankings typically requires ongoing SEO efforts, such as regular blog publishing, content optimization, keyword research, and link building.
Is a contact form or WhatsApp button included?
Yes. Customers can message you on WhatsApp or send an enquiry through a form with spam protection.
Do you build Ecommerce or custom websites?

Getting Started and Timeline

What do I need to share to get started?
Your logo, business information, and any content or images you would like included. If you do not have text ready, we can suggest content for you.
How long does it take?
Your website goes live within 5 working days of receiving your logo, business details, and content.
What if I am slow to send my content?
The 5 working days begin once we have everything we need. If content is delayed, the launch date moves accordingly.
Can I review my website before it goes live?
Yes. You review your website before launch, with up to two rounds of changes.
What happens during the first month?
Your website is live and you can use it with no maintenance charge. Hosting, security, and support are included during this time.
Domain, Email and Hosting
How your domain, business email, and hosting are set up, and who owns what. Can’t find your answer?
Do I need a domain name?
Yes. We help you choose and set up the right domain. Domain registration is billed separately.
Who owns my domain?
You do. Your domain is registered in your name.
Can you set up business email?
Yes. Configuration is free, and the email plan itself is billed by the email provider.
Is hosting included?
Yes. Reliable hosting with SSL is free in the first month and covered by your yearly plan afterwards.
Maintenance and Changes

What does the yearly plan include?
Hosting, SSL, plugin and software updates, backups, security monitoring, malware cleanup, and minor content and media edits.
Can I make changes after launch?
Yes. Minor edits such as a price change or a new photo are included. Larger changes and new pages are quoted separately.

Security
How we keep your website safe, backed up, and protected from threats. Can’t find your answer?
How secure is my website?
Every website includes SSL, spam protection on forms, regular malware scans, two factor login, and ongoing updates.
What does two factor login mean?
It adds an extra step when logging into your website, so access stays safe even if a password is stolen.
What if my website gets hacked?
Malware scanning and cleanup are part of your yearly plan, so any problem is cleaned up quickly.
Are backups included?
Yes. Regular backups are included, so your website data stays protected.

What if I decide not to continue after the first month?
That is your choice. Your website will be taken offline, and you keep your logo, text, and images. Please tell us before your free month ends so that your yearly plan is not started.
How do I cancel my yearly plan?
To cancel next year’s plan, please inform us by WhatsApp or email at least 2 months before your renewal date. Your current year stays active until it ends. If we do not receive notice in time, the next year’s plan is billed as usual.
What happens if I do not renew the yearly plan?
We send reminders for 7 to 15 days after the due date. If the plan is still unpaid, your website is paused. A paused website is kept for 30 days and can be restored once the plan is paid.
Who owns my website content?
Your logo, text, images, and domain always belong to you. The website itself runs on ProjectWeb’s hosting, using premium templates and plugins licensed to ProjectWeb, so it stays with ProjectWeb.
Can I move my website to another host?
No. Your website runs on our hosting using our own licensed premium templates and plugins, so it cannot be transferred. If you leave, you keep your domain, content, and images and can build a new website anywhere you choose.
Do you offer refunds?
The yearly plan is non refundable once it has been paid. You can choose not to continue before your free month ends, at no charge.
